pada masa ia pergi

ucapkan syukur

kerna dugaan itu

membawa manusia ke jalan NYA

dugaan Allah akan tiba untuk mu

dugaan Allah akan sampai kepada mu

dugaan Allah akan jua pergi

syukurlah pada masa ia tiba

kerna hidupmu masih di berkati NYA

nowadays its easily rain during late afternoon here. me was basah lencun tak hengat on monday and redah the hujan rintik2 on tuesday. raining in kl is directly translated into increase in traffic jam *kalau blog traffic kan bagus!* but dont u forget *for muslim* that doa recital during hujan lebat adalah salah satu time where the doa termakbul *wink*

really? its an office?

as yesterday i went to kerteh, a day trip for a meeting. last time when i went to this office was sometime last year. i was sooo amazed on the transformation that makes it feel just like a hotel!!! for those that trying hard to find ideas to renovate your house, have some ideas here. dont worry peeps...its not making your house to look like a office coz this office is actually looks like a home *hows that!*

what i noticed about luxurious modern look for interior deco?

earth colour esp combination of white and brown

vibrant colour for soft touch e.g flower, painting

simple and steel i.e. no heavy flower motive, no over "make-up"

its all about the WOW factor

nowadays a hot pick would be stuff that can go green and smart application

not to forget simple and WOW factor

we always tend to give remarks something like "chanteknya.... simple je kan tp wow!"

if all you want is a caffeine booster, opt for plain old brewed coffee. its cheaper, just as potent and a much safer to maintain your hot body!

try out a sip of black coffee  mixed with low fat milk. milk can be too good... lowering the fat down!

who can resist the ice blended coffee with chocolate hersey and whipped cream, top with some almond and have it under the hot sun~~~ *OMG!!* try hard to say no ya.... as this can top up more and more calories and colouring too, opt for ice coffee instead to chill you up! *wink*

whipped cream with coffee? its a match made from heaven u ols~ but be alarm with the extra extra extra fat & sugar inside it! simply opt for sugar-free syrup that trim down 20 calories per pump *BIG smile*

140 nautical miles in a day

its a tiring day today. travelling is always great for me but one day biz travel is not favs! huhu. its tiring actually flying off and flying back just to attend a meeting *sigh* commitment people!! wake-up hana...wake up~~ *yelaaa*

i normally have this kind of trip but this is my FIRST trip ever with a camera!!!

9:00am - boarding

9:15am - off to kerteh via kuantan

1:30pm - working while waiting for meeting

5:45 pm - going back & passed through kerteh small town

6:30pm - off to kl. seated at the fan. cool!! but bising time power up *__*

7:30pm - reach subang airport

p/s : im sooooooo impressed with subang airport NEW look!! seriously impressed!!
