since keadaan this year tidak mengizinkan, i still have some plan for VACAY2012 in my head *only* i wish.. i really wish we can make it before May tapi..... tak sempat kot..... i always have this places running around my imagination....

Day 10 takde banyak cerita.... we safely landed at the LCCT around 7.30am gitu, waiting for luggage and zooooooommmmmm.... balik~ thanx to family fetched us at the airport. sampai bangi, makan nasi lemak bagai... then zzzzzzzzZZZZZZ~

qist kebosanan tunggu papa dia amik luggage and started dancing around~ LOL

Waking up that morning in Kaikoura was seriously breathtaking!! I think im in love with Kaikoura for the fact that its by the sea. Walaupon ombaknya rough tak hengat!! After quick breakfast, terus hit the town and snap2 pix. Mmg sangat lawa~~~ its tepi laut berlatar belakang gunung yg ada snow at the tip with bird flying around, bunyi ombak….. *HEAVEN* tapi dalam masa yg sama i terpijak doggy poo-poo. LOL. terpaksa samak dgn tanah and air *sejok!*

sempat jugak shop some souvenier sbb takbeli ape pon~ yela… I target to buy some in Christchurch tapi kedai tutup….. on the way back to CHC airport, I dah start rasa tak sihat. Although temp 22degC tapi I rasa sejuk.. ku & princess siap pakai t-shirt je

Kat airport after check-in sempat lagi beli souvenier tp this time for diri sendiri lah. Dapat jugak rugby ball and sheep gemok ikut kami balik malaysia~~~

VACAY2011 : South Island, New Zealand Day 8

woke up early this morning to aim for ronda-ronda Christchurch. this private camping ground is not far from the City.. so tak rushing la nak bertolak pagi tu. elok je blakang tu ada ladang sheep gemok. kat sini mmg mana2 pon ada farm. memula tu agak jakun especially tgk sheep gemok beramai-ramai. huhu

first target was kedai kunci sbb kunci utk fresh water refill dah patah. jenuh koooot nak cari kedai kunci kat sini~~ tanya dan tanya orang and lastly sampai kat kedai ni. tapi dia punye charge..... mahal sangat!! satu kunci yg kecik tu je NZD10~~ same dengan RM24 tau!! haiyooooooo... kat malaysia baru RM3 je. no wonder la kedai ni mahal. cer korang tgk gambar ni. dorang bukan buat kunci je.. peti besi, locking system etc sume ada daa~~ otw jumpe pumpkin patch outlet. singgah juga tapi keluar tangan kosong *hampa* huhu

sampai Christchurch, daaaa.... banyak gile jalan tutup because of earthquake aritu. thats mean all tourist attraction plus souvenier shop tutup!! jalan nak pegi ke situ mmg tutup. mmg center of earthquake aritu was at the heart of Christchurch aka same dgn tourist attraction places. so apekan daya..... bertolak lah kami ke gondola dgn harapan menjulang~~

sampai Christchurh Gondola tgk sunyi sepi jee.... "aiks? tutup jugak?!!" LOL. pon tutup daaa.... so ape nak buat ni? snap snap jela.... parking kat situ, masak2, lunching, solat then... "han, jom kite pegi Kaikoura la" off we go to Kaikoura. alhamdulillah... dpt jgk sampai Kaikoura sbb i mmg target nak pegi tp tak sure lagi mulanye coz takut tak cukup masa

on the way to Kaikoura we passed by byk wine plantation farm. since mmg tak penah tgk pokok anggur utk buat wine, kite stop by jugakla at one of the plantation. mmg cantik~~~ sgt luas and sgt besar! first time tgk so means jakun sgt!! LOL. padahal tgk pokok grapes je kooooottttttt

sampai Kaikoura dah start gelap and nak masuk maghrib. Kaikoura is a small town betul2 tepi laut and blakang nye gunung dan bukit. dalam hati i "kalau la tsunami ni mana nak lari" huissshhh.... suspen gile tau!!! pacific ocean is a rough sea. dengar bunyi ombak menghempas pon dah takut. lagi suspen bile dah gelap. teringat i kat our VACAY201 Melbourne & Sydney. memula pusing2 town yg kecil ini.. then stopped by at New World supermarket utk beli groceries lagi. for all those supermarket yg kitorang pegi, ni je baru satu gambar yg snap! tak teringat pon nk snap gamba supermarket *yelaa.... mana ada orang pegi amik gambar kat giant, mydin, carrefour etc kan* 

malam tu we thot of camping at one of the DOC. dahla up to the north, drive la dlm 30mins. rupenye dia kat kaki bukit. we dont like to camp far from jalanraya. suspen jugak kan.... then drive down balik passing thru tepi cerun bukit and laut *takoooot* sampai satu holiday park ni "FULL" alamak! ada vacancy only kat tepi laut. then patah balik to the town and find this A1 Kaikoura Motel & Holiday Park. so we paid for powered site for NZD30 for 2 person. alhamdulilah... ada jugak vacancy lagi and bukan tepi laut. there we go off and zzzzzzzzz.... waiting for a new day in beautiful Kaikoura

VACAY2011 : South Island, New Zealand Day 7 Part 2

from Greymouth, we are heading towards Christchurch via Arthur Pass. mmg dah target nk lalu sini since tak sempat nk try NZ famous TranzAlpine train. sepanjang perjalanan nak sampai Arthur Pass kene mendaki gunung. scenery.... superb! sampai kat Arthur Pass, teruslah masak lunch sambil happy hours. sempat jugak snap2 kiwi rail yg i terlepas nk snap kat Greymouth. princess sgt happy tgk choo-choo train depan mata. the Arthur pass signage kat bawah ni actually betul2 kat luar toilet! tempat ni not as big as town but rather just a pass. namanye pon Arthur Pass kan~~ it does not have much scenary sbb terletak in the middle of mountain

from Arthur Pass around 2pm gitu, we continue back our journey down the mountain and hill. subhanallah.... mmg all the scenary sgt menakjubkan~~~ from the cloud to the mountain, hill, snow, sunshine, trees, lake, river.... everything is perfecto!!! it has a different set of combination of the "painting canvas" 

amazing kan??? we came across also batu-batu kat bawah ni. terus teringat i kat Stonehenge UK. we wondered how this batu-batu terjadi kat sini. mesti tempat ni dulu ada a small hill or glacier left over ke... donolah~ (^_^)

there was also satu tempat yg berkabus sgt tebal even we cant see kereta from the opposite direction. thats why i cakap GPS is very very important when driving in NZ coz their climate change is far than predictable~~ 

mulanya we planned to camp just outside Christchurch sbb in the city takde camping ground. but our target camping ground ni quite far from the main road to Christchurch. it was in Oxford. when we approached Springfield, somewhere kat situ ada sign camping. its just beside a small road yg ada train rail. its on the left side i pon pelik coz in DOC list takde..... alhamdulillah kami dipermudahkan perjalanan n jumpe private camping site ni. its actually owned by invidual. kirenye tanah dia dia convert jadikan camping ground. bagus kan~~ syukur syukur!! first time kitorang sampai tak berapa gelap and we can see campervan kiri kanan tgh memasak. hoho
