Day 3 in South Island still put us under transition mode... plan nak bangon pon still terlambat jugey~ tapi kali ni takdelah cam Day 2. we managed to woke up at 8.00am with more energy *wink* hehe. qist still pengsan nak recover jet lag!! this was our first experience camping at DOC-kinda campsite. owh.. meh i story. bile i mentioned about camping, bukannye kitorang pasang khemah, unggun api etc. the word camping in NZ also means parking campervan at dedicated campsite. in NZ, DOC refers to Department of Conservation. kalau kat sini ala-ala macam kawasan hutan simpan lah. for DOC campsite, ada yg kene bayar, ada yg free. yg kene bayar normally ada toilet and water supply. haa.. cite pasal toiler, harap maklum yg toilet takde lampu ye!!! jgn la excited sgt~~ thats why kitorang pilih campervan yg ada toilet and shower. this Albert Town camping ground does not belong to DOC tapi kepunyaan state goverment. mmg rezeki kami terjumpe dgn campsite ni.... or else kitorang terpaksa drive more than 50km to reach DOC campsite near Wanaka. like i mentioned.... kitorang mmg akan travel waktu malam n sampai campsite tu dah gelap gelita. so bile sampai sini semlm tak tau pon how it looks like.. tapi esoknye bile bangon........
sangat chantek!!!! rupenye tepi sungai...... dgn pokok2 nye.... sgt cantek!!!! satu je masalah..... ada la pulak satu couple ni bawak doggy dia...... dah tu doggy tu lepas je~~ yg i ni sebok berlari-lari ke sungai tu and doggy tu pulak seronok follow *ape kes!* terus keras kot i dgn qistina!!! hari ni we target to jalan-jalan in Wanaka, beli groceries, happy hours...... first stip was the Leaning Tower of Wanaka. haa... u ingat pisa je leaning??
actually to be more accurate its Puzzling World *wink* tempat world of puzzle. this was our first vacation pix snapped by lil princess~~!! boley tahan..... this place is rather small. ada maze, cafe, mirror room etc. qist sgt suka main all the puzzle provided inside here. mmg byk~~ tapi yg paling menarik... toilet dia!!! cer tengok cer tengok....
right after that we stopped by at the famous Lake Wanaka~~ sgt chantek dgn kiri kanan ada houses, boats etc. tapi satu je masalah... i lupe snap pix for this lake!! hoho.... ku amik video rasanya~~ takpelah, u al browse kat sini. qist paling happy bile papa dia agree nk singgah playground~~ selamat mama dia nampak nun jauh di sana!!! strategy tu penting nak amik hati kanak2 riang ria di kala bercuti agar tidak stress dan memberontak. LOL. right after that we pusing-pusing the small town Wanaka utk mencari seluar ku disebabkan bawak satu jeeee seluar from malaysia *boley?* perang punya pasal daa..... lastly end up beli groceries sbb seluar tak jumpe! sampai kat campervan i terus masak n continue on.
our journey to Queenstown target nk pegi bungy jumping *not* on the way tu sempat la nampak sheep gemok yg dijanjikan dgn qistina masa kat sini.. tapi yg kelakar nye... bile we stop our merc terus semua sheep tu lari ke tengah! bukan je yg kat tepi kitorang ni.... tp yg jauh2 pon lari jugak *penakot rupenye* from Wanaka to Queenstown we need to menuruni bukit. jumpe jugak 3 org veteren from Malaysia. they also jalan-jalan sendiri. the scenic view is still.. very much SPECTACULAR indeed!!
sampai je Queenstown, rupenye baru perasan yg kitorang dah terlepas AJ Hacket Kawarau Bungy area. haiyoooo..... hape daaaa punye GPS~~~!! patah balik....... elok je sampai situ orang-orang bungy ni dah packing and otw nak naik van balik rumah~~ haiyo!! ape kes? belum gelap kot......kempunan la nk bungy! *bunyik cam berani sgt je kan* LOL. disebabkan tanak putih mata sgt, kitorang locked qistina dlm merc *dekat je pon* and pegi snap2. sian princess takde gambar bungy sbb dia tidoooo
dgn berbekalkan perasan sedikit gembira dpt snap2 gamba air ni *pretending*, we head back to Queenstown, do some groceries lagi... siap jumpe org mabuk bising2 dlm town. then find our way to DOC campsite...... Twelve Mile Delta campsite. this place nun jauh ke bawah, tepi sungai and we only see samar-samar cahaya kereta. maklumla.... gelap gelita!!
