a very very simple receipe that you need less than 5 mins to prepare *wink*
banana berry smoothies
1 banana
1 tbs mix berries yogurt
1 tsb rasberry jam
cup of ice
blend all together~~

owh.. that berry jam actually.... you can substitute with real berries. i dont have any at home so thats the closest!
