i bet most of us just l.o.v.e cold water. be it juices, ice blended chocolate *mmmmm* or even teh 3 layer!!
i am a health conscious and i am religiously dont take in cold water and only consume water half an hour after eating. oopss.. correction!! am like that before i get pregnant dulu masa qist!! sbb am easily bloated so i banned cold water dululaaaa. owh.. manakah hana yg rajin itew skang~!! when i received an email on this, i feel that its necessary for me to share this. so ladies~~~ be caution ya!!
what if we have a cold drink after a meal?
the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed!! It will then slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
OMG!!! seriously scariezzz... so they advice best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. i feel that it should be at least half an hour after meal ya to maintain gorgeousness *wink*
