everyone knows that water is very very essential and should be taken daily. besides improving many health condition, drinking enuff water daily can also improve your metabolism *do you know that??* this means less chances to get fat!! hehe. average adult should take min 2.5 liter a day. but not necessary required that much. some may need it more or may even less~!! the min amount that you need basically depends on your body weight *wink* i found this very very helpful in determining
how much water do we need daily
use this calculation
[(your weight in kg x 2.2)/2/15] x 450 = amount in ml
example: your weight is 50kg
[(50 x 2.2)/2/15] x 450 = 1650 ml (1.65 liter)
simple huh?? a more accurate calculation is to drink an ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight
1 ounce water = 2 pounds of body weight
